Our sleep-through-the-night baby surprised us last night by waking up screaming his head off at 4am. We went in to his (our, sorta... actually, not really - it's his now) bedroom to find him sitting up in his co-sleeper. To date, he had never gone anywhere from being on his tummy. I'm still curious how he pulled off this manuever, but we knew immediately that it was time for the crib.
(No, the air mattress is fine. We're fine. We don't miss our bed at all, it's no problem.)
